对湖北省发展蔬菜千亿产业的建议

摘　　要：湖北作为全国蔬菜大省,蔬菜增值前景极大,发展后劲很足,正致力于发展蔬菜千亿产业工程。就发展蔬菜千亿产业提出以下8条建议:加快标准蔬菜园创建,加大沼气池建设,积极调整种植结构,加速发展外向型蔬菜产业,积极发展湖北省的高山茭白产业,积极发展无土栽培水生蔬菜产业,加快发展湖北省蔬菜保鲜加工产业,加大蔬菜加工设备的研发和投入。Hubei province is one of highest vegetable production provinces in China. It has broad prospect in the added-value of its vegetable and great potential for its development. Meanwhile, the hundred billion vegetable industry project being carried out in Hubei. In this paper, eight recommendations on the project are proposed as follows： accelerating founding of standard vegetable garden, increasing construction of biogas digester, active adjusting the planting structure, speeding up export-oriented vegetable industry development, active developing alpine zizania industry, develop soilless culture of aquatic vegetable industry, quicken development of vegetable preservative process industry, increasing input of processing equipment for the research and development.
