摘  要:热应力是制约舰船发动机转子快速启动的重要因素。为研究快速启动过程对发动机转子热应力的影响规律,文章针对舰船发动机转子的最大热应力采用了遗传算法对发动机快速启动过程进行优化。以发动机转子快速启动过程中的热应力为目标函数,将快速启动过程非单调性参数化,基于遗传算法和结构力学分析,搜索最优解。研究表明,优化后的快速启动过程可使发动机转子的最大热应力值降低11%,该优化方法对快速启动过程中发动机转子的热应力控制具有指导作用。Thermal stress is a key factor which restricts the fast start-up process of engine rotor. In order to study the influence of fast start-up process on the thermal stress of engine rotor, this paper focus on the thermal stress on engine rotor, applies the genetic algorithm to optimize the fast start-up process. The ther-mal stress of engine rotor is taken as the objective function, the fast start-up process was parameterized with non-monotonicity. The optimal solution was obtained based on the genetic algorithm and the structure me-chanics analysis. The results show that the maximum thermal stress in fast start-up process was reduced about 11%, the optimization method could be a reference for controlling the thermal stress on engine rotor in fast start-up process.
