摘　　要：职教集团是在校企合作基础上发展起来的一种新型合作办学模式。通过对各省的调查发现,当前职教集团在组织类型、管理理念和功能发挥等方面均取得了一定成效,但在成员构成和内涵建设过程中仍面临一些理论和现实困境。今后应注重优化环境、加强理论研究、拓展合作项目,发挥职教集团的品牌效应,使之成为职业教育改革创新的新方向。Vocational education group is a new model of cooperative education, based on cooperation between school and enterprise. The result, investigation on each province showed that vocational education group has made some progress in histological type, management concept and function display, but theoretical and realistic predicaments still exist in the process of member composition and connotation construction. It should be paid more attention to optimize environment, strengthen research and expand projects. The group＇ s brand effect will be a key direction of vocational education reform.
