摘　　要："治理"是现代社会管理的有效方法,引入治理有助于理解职教集团的互动过程。职教集团治理属于准公共事务管理范畴,可分为宏观和微观两个层面,其架构涉及政府、市场和职教集团三方面要素。结合江苏省职业教育集团化办学实践的分析,提出应着力构建"利益均衡化"治理模式。Governance is an effective method in current social administration, the introduction of which helps people understand the interaction of vocational education group. The governance of vocational education group, which fails under the category of quasi-public affair administration, can be governed from macro-level and micro-level, and its structure involve factors of government, market and vocational education group. After analyzing the school-running practice of Jiangsu vocational education group, the thesis suggests constructing the governance mode featuring interest equalization.
