柏拉图关于城邦卫士的教育思想及其启示

摘　　要：在柏拉图构建的理想国中,以保卫城邦为职业的城邦卫士的工作尤其重要。具有良好品质的好卫士,既是护卫理想城邦所必需,也是培养和造就未来的统治者哲学王的基础。柏拉图认为培养一个好卫士的必由之途是教育,他提出了实施音乐教育和体育教育,以达到内外双修的教育目的,造就美善兼备的理想卫士。柏拉图注重"立人"的教育理念和人才观,对于我们今天仍存在诸多问题的教育事业,有着深刻的启迪和较强的借鉴意义。In the Utopia of Plato, the work of the national warrior is especially important. The national warriors with good quality are essential to the Utopia, and also are the foundation to cultivate and train the ruler of the future ＂Philosophy-King＂. Plato held that education was the only way to culture a good warrior, so he proposed to implement music education and physical education to achieve the educational aim of internal and external cultivation for bringing up the good warriors who owned beauty and goodness. Plato＇s educational idea and talent view paying attention to＂cultivating people＂have profound enlightenment and strong reference for today＇s education.
