墨子功利主义伦理思想的相对性特色及其现实意义

摘　　要：墨子伦理思想的功利特色与战国社会的祸乱不已相联系,是历史相对性存在的生活欲望的客观诉求。遵循"天人合一"的理路,以"天之欲"表达"人之欲",以道义制约功利,实现义利统一,造福天下百姓,体现了墨子伦理精神的平民气质和生活智慧。理解这一精神实质,对化解当今社会市场经济中的道德困境有积极的借鉴意义。Utilitarianism of Mo Zi”s ethic thoughts is related to the continuous wars in the Warring time,and is the objective life appeal of historic relativity.By sticking to the principle of unity of heaven and men,Mo Zi holds that human desire should be expressed through heaven desire,utility should be restricted by morality,so as to unify morality and utility and benefit the world.This symbolizes the civilian temperament and life wisdom of Mo Zi”s ethic spirit.The understanding of this spirit, thus,helps to resolve the moral predicament in the present social market economy.
