摘  要:谐振网络为感性并且合理设置逆变器的死区时间能够保证感应耦合电能传输系统的软开关运行。针对死区时间设置问题展开研究提出一种在全负载和全频率范围内实现软开关的死区时间优化设计方法。首先,建立感应耦合电能传输系统系统数学模型,简述其工作原理。其次,详细分析功率场效应管开关过程中其结电容的充放电过程以及体二极管的续流过程。研究表明最优死区时间应该介于结电容放电完毕之后和体二极管续流结束之前。然后,讨论死区时间的优化设计方法。最后,对一台57W的感应耦合电能传输系统实验样机进行死区时间优化设计。实验结果表明,基于此设计方法感应耦合电能传输系统的功率场效应管能够实现软开关。Resonant network with an inductive load and an appropriate dead time of inverter ensure the inductively coupled power transfer system work with soft switching. Aiming at the problem of dead time is,a design method of the optimal dead time was proposed for the inductively coupled power transfer system. At first,the system model was established and the operation principle explained as well. Then,the process of charge and discharge about the parasitic capacitance was analyzed. The freewheeling process of antiparallel diode was discussed as well. Analyses show that the optimal dead time is between the end of discharge of capacitance and during the freewheeling time of the antiparallel diode. Furthermore,the dead time optimization method was discussed. At the end,this optimization method was applying to an inductively coupled power transfer prototype with Output power 57 W. The experimental results show that this prototype can work with soft switching under the optimal dead time.
