摘  要:儒家理想人格理论可以分为三个层次,即士大夫人格、君子人格和圣人人格,这三种人格的内涵和实现要求不同。古代士大夫追求的理想人格是"穷则独善其身、达则兼济天下"。君子人格内涵丰富,君子应具备仁、义、礼、智、信、勇、中庸、和而不同、文质彬彬与自强不息等方面的素质,强调扬善抑恶,塑造理想人格。圣人人格应具备"内圣外王","德业兼备"。这三种人格由低到高,是古代三个不同阶层人追求的理想人格。The theory of Confucian ideal personality can be divided into three levels, namely literati and officialdom personality, gentleman personality and saint personality. The implications and realization requirement of these three personalities are different. The ideal personality that ancient literati and officialdom pursue is "Poverty is immune, and one tries to let others be benefited. " The implication of gentleman personality is very rich, a gentleman shall own qualities of benevolence, justice, courtesy, intelligence, trust, bravery, moderatism, unity without uniformity, simplicity and elegance in harmony and continuous self-renewal, and emphasizes good and evil, portray ideal personality. Saint personality shall have " a learning both sound in theory and practice" and "equal stress on integrity and ability. " The three kinds of personalities are the ideal personality which ancient people of different classes seek from the low level to high level.
