摘　　要：加强教师教学发展是提高人才培养质量的需要,教师队伍的建设是高等学校的重要任务,推动高等学校普遍建立教师教学发展中心,是教师队伍建设创新的需要;高校教师发展是教师内在能力的增长,是教师科研、教学和社会服务水平和质量的提高,是教师向更加优秀、更为杰出的研究者、教学者和专业人员的转变;按照教师教学发展中心应该是服务性的学术机构的定位,一切为教师教学发展服务、帮助其成长为好教师的宗旨,教师教学发展中心的工作重点要为青年教师发展指路引航。To strengthen teachers′teaching development is a need to improve the quality of talent training,and teacher team construction is an important task of institutions of higher learning.So promoting the development of institutions of higher learning to set up teachers′teaching center is the need of teachers′team construction innovation;It is college teacher development that makes the teachers′inner ability grow,improves both their ability and level on their scientific research,teaching and social service,makes better transfer for them to become more excellent,more outstanding research-ers and more professional;On the basis of the orientation of the Teacher Teaching Demonstration Center,it should be a service academic institution,focusing on teachers teaching development,helping them grow into good teachers,namely, their focus is to pilot for young teachers for the sake of their development.
