摘　　要：世界性金融危机的发生将控制系统与战略的关系研究推至了前所未有的受重视的地位。学术领域对控制系统与战略关系的研究都强调在两者之间最为重要的是实现"适应性"。文章围绕适应性这一关键词,首先基于适应性概念的研究成果,从适应概念和适应范围两个维度建立了控制系统与战略"适应性"关系研究的框架模型,然后在模型内对国外相关文献进行了梳理,从观点提出的背景、研究思路、研究内容及研究方法等方面对文献进行综述,最后提出控制系统与战略关系研究的发展新趋势。The study on the relationship between control system and strategy has been pushed to the unprecedented- ly important position with the occurrence of the global financial crisis. Most researchers emphasize that the most im- portant purpose of the study is to achieve ＂adaptability＂ between control systems and strategy. Centering on the key concept -- adaptability, firstly, the paper, based on the research results of adaptability, builds a framewurk model from two dimensions： adaptive concept and adaptive scope, to study the relationship between control system and strategy ＂adaptability＂, then it sorts out the related foreign literatures within this framework model from the per- spectives of background, ideas, contents and methods, etc., finally, it puts forward the new development trend of the research on the relationship between contrul system and strategy.
