摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"是高等工程教育的理性回归,其培养目标决定着对教师的要求。我国工程教育师资目前存在许多不足之处,如何建设一支优秀的"双师型"教师队伍则是卓越工程师培养迫切需要解决的重要问题。＂Outstanding Engineers Education Program＂ is considered as the rational regression of advanced engineering education, and its training objectives determine the requirements for teachers. The teaching staff of engineering education in China still has many drawbacks at present, therefore, how to develop an excellent ＂double - quality＂ teaching staff has been an essential issue, for it will affect the implementation of the program.
