摘　　要：互联网的迅猛发展改变了传统的交易模式,催生了电子商务。但电子商务在给消费者和经营者带来便利的同时,也引发了大量的问题,物联网的出现,使解决这些问题变成了可能。本文分析了物联网对电子商务的产品质量监控、供应链管理、物流服务质量以及税务问题的影响,对物联网在电子商务中的的应用,提出了大胆的理论假设:物联网将会促进电子商务的健康快速发展,并在全球范围内实现资源与技术的优化配置。The rapid development of the Internet has changed the traditional way of trading, and given birth to e-commerce. It brings great convenience to both consumers and operators, and meanwihle triggered a large number of issues. It analyses the influences which the internet of things（IOT） brings to the e-commerce, those are the product quality monitoring, supply chain management, logistics service and tax problems of the e-commerce. It puts forward the theoretical hypothesis for the application of the IOT to the e-commerce, that is IOT will promote the e-commerce to a new step, and ultimately promote the healthy and rapid development in e-commerce, and optimize the allocation of global resources and technology.
