摘  要:基于2012年、2013年国家统计局住户调查办公室城镇居民家庭抽样调查数据,以全国、多区域及不同收入等级城镇居民为研究对象,检验了我国城镇居民食物消费水平、消费结构和营养状况。研究发现,2012年我国各地区、各收入等级城镇居民的生活质量均有所提高;粮食消费减少,禽蛋奶水果等副食产品消费增加;能量摄入量高于《中国食物与营养发展纲要》(2014—2020年)规定的目标值,但谷物供能和蛋白质摄入量低于目标值,但差距正在缩小,脂肪供能比低于30%但逐年上升,脂肪摄入量过多且不断增加,应引起关注。We test the food consumption status,consumption structure and nutrition level among the urban residents in different regions and at various income level by using sample survey data of urban households from the Household Survey Office of National Bureau of Statistics in 2012 and 2013.Results showed the life quality of urban residents in various regions and different income levels were improved.Consumption structure was more reasonable,cereal consumption reduced while poultry meat,egg,milk,fruit and other non-staple food products consumption increased.The value of energy intakes was higher than the targets of the Chinese Food and Nutrition Development Outline from 2014 to 2020 but the ralue of energy from cereal grains were lower than the target.Protein intake was lower than the target but the gap between was narrow.Energy from fat was lower than 30% but the proportion haed been increasing year by year.Fat intake was high and still increasing and this phenomenon needed to be addressed.
