摘 要:目的:了解云南省昆明市大学生食用方便面情况,分析其原因,为健康教育提供理论依据。方法:采用随机抽样匿名调查方法,对云南省昆明市6所高校606名学生进行了问卷调查,使用SPSS19.0分析软件进行数据统计处理。结果:在被调查的606名大学生中,食用方便面的人占调查总人数的70.13%,其中男生的食用率为54.96%、女生的食用率为81.69%,女生的食用率显著高于男生(P<0.01);大学生食用方便面主要是为了充饥,影响大学生购买的主要因素是方便性和口味好。结论:目前大学生方便面食用率高,应加强大学生营养知识的教育,引导大学生合理膳食,养成健康的生活方式。[Objective] To understand the situation of instant noodles consumption among the college students in Kunming city of Yunnan province and analyze the causes to provide theoretical basis for healthy-lifestyle publicity and education.[Method] An anonymous survey was carried out among random samples of 606 college students in 6 universities in Kunming city.SPSS19.0 was used to run data processing and statistic.[Result] The results showed that the total prevalence rate of instant noodles eaters was 70.13% among 606 college students,the rate in male and female students were 54.96% and 81.69% respectively,and the rate in female was significantly higher than the male (P <0.01).The results also indicated that the main reason for instant noodles consumption was to stave off hunger,and the major factors that affected instant noodles consumption among college students were the convenience and good taste.[Conclusion] At present,the rate of consumption instant noodles among college students was high.It was necessary to implement nutrition education and rational diet guidance to promote healthy dietary behaviors among university students.
