移动电子商务创新型人才培养途径小议

摘　　要：随着移动互联网的飞速前行,移动商务已成为新世纪最热门的话题之一。高校传统的电子商务人才培养模式已经远远不能满足社会与移动商务行业的需求。社会对移动商务人才,尤其是创新型移动商务人才的大量需求,促使高校尽早转变电商人才培养模式。以移动商务人才为人才培养目标核心、以校企合作为根本手段,建立以创新型人才培养课程体系、"校企双师"教学团队、企业实训基地、以竞赛促进教学的教学模式、移动商务开发创业团队为支撑的五位一体创新型人才培养模式,这是满足社会对创新型移动商务人才迫切需求的根本途径。With the rapid development of the mobile Intemet,Mobile commerce has been one of the hottest topics in the new century. The traditional e-commerce teaching model of the colleges has been far from the needs of the society and the mobile commerce industry. The massive demands for mobile commerce professionals especially innovative mobile commerce professionals from society promotes universities to transit E-commerce training model early. To construct the innovative professionals training model of Five in One which supported by innovative talents training curriculum system,school-enterprise double teacher teaching team, enterprise training base,teaching mode by competition promoting teaching, and mobile business development pioneers team,is a fundamental way that satisfy social urgent needs of innovative mobile business professionals,based on core objectives of training mobile business professionals and the basic means of school-enterprise cooperation.
