摘  要:教育质量是高职院校的生命线,是高职教育赖以生存和发展的基础。全面质量管理(TQM/TQC)为高职教育质量持续改进提供了有效的管理方法,它以顾客为中心,通过全员、全过程、全面质量的管理,提高教育教学质量,推进素质教育的开展,有助于将高素质技能型专门人才培养工作落到实处,使顾客满意和本组织所有成员及社会受益,达到高职院校持续发展的目的。Educational quality is the lifeline for higher vocational colleges and is the basis for their survival and development. Total quality management/control (TQM/TQC) provides an effective management approach for its continuous improvement. This customer-oriented management aims to improve the educational and teaching quality in all aspects, throughout the whole process and comprehensive quality management so as to promote quality education, which is helpful to implementing the high-quality skilled talents training. Correspondingly, customers feel satisfied and all staff of the organization and the society can benefit a lot, thus achieving the goal of the sustainable development of higher vocation colleges.
