摘  要:新建本科院校多以应用型人才培养为目标,而应用型人才培养的核心要素是课堂教学改革、课程建设和专业内涵发展。课堂教学改革是应用型人才培养的切入点,课程建设是应用型人才培养的核心环节,专业内涵建设是应用型人才培养的落脚点。三者的建设或改革都应以学生为中心,共同构成应用型人才培养的核心要素,并统一于应用型人才培养的实践之中。Applied talents cultivation are the main objectives of newly-built undergraduate universities,meanwhile,the core elements of applied talents training are the classroom teaching reform,curriculum construction and the professional connotation development.The reform of classroom teaching is the breakthrough point of the applied talents training and the curriculum construction is the core of the applied talents training.Moreover,the professional connotation construction is the essence of applied talents training.The construction and reform of the above three should be student-centered,constitute together the core elements of applied talents training,and unified in the practice.
