摘 要:为了解医患沟通现状及医患沟通中存在的问题,探索加强医患沟通的有效途径,采用定量研究方法,以北京市某医院住院患者及医务人员为对象进行分析。研究发现,74%的患者认为医务人员应耐心解释病情,36%的医务人员能够满足患者的需求,44%的患者表示医生在决定治疗方案时没有与其沟通。患者对与医务人员的沟通需求很大,但医务人员对医患沟通需求的认知和做法与患者的沟通需求存在差距,尤其是在解释病情、治疗方案选择以及安慰性语言表达等方面。医患双方对医患沟通作用认知一致,但医务人员缺乏相应的沟通技巧。医务社会工作者在加强医患沟通中可以发挥支持、资源链接以及服务提供的作用。In order to study on the situation and problem of doctor-patient communication and explore the effective measures to improve doctor-patient relationship,we adopted quantitative research method,targeted at random hospitalized patients and medical staffs from a Beijing hospital,and analyzed the data.The research found that 74% of the patients considered that doctors should explain the state of their illness patiently,but only 36% of the doctors met patients' needs.One the contrary,44% of the patients responded that doctors' medical decision-making were without communicating with them at all.As a matter of fact,patients had great needs for communication with medical staffs,but the understanding of doctorpatient communication between medical staffs and patients had great diversities,so as the way how they practiced it.Medical staffs were lack of appropriate communication skills,especially on how to inform the state of one's illness and notice the medical decision-making was in a gentle but clear way.On that case,medical social workers can play the role of supporting,resources integrating and service providing to enhance the communication between doctors and patients.
