摘　　要：通过对联合国教科文组织设立的"世界教师日"主题语及其基本精神的分析,阐明教师的根本作用是引导学生发现自我、形成个性从而开辟不能为他者所取代的独特的发展路径,好教师就是开启世界未来的"钥匙";比较并反思中国教育界一向信奉的"塑造说",其逻辑前提值得质疑。联合国"世界教师日"主题语进一步启发我们:教师要成长为全球化时代的教育家,应当确立并守持顺应天性、参差错落的人才生态观,表达本位、思想至上的教学发展观和尊重个性、鼓励特色的多维评价观。On the analysis of the establishment of the United Nations UNESCO‘s World Teachers＇ Day theme and its basic spirit, the paper elucidates the essential role of teachers to guide students to find themselves, to form the personality so as to discover the unique development path that can not be replaced by others. A good teacher is the key to open in the world future. Comparison and reflection on the Theory of Mould, whose logic premise is questionable, yet the theory has long been believed in by the Chinese education circles. The United Nations’ World Teachers＇ Day theme further inspires us teachers to grow into educators of the Globalization Era： We should establish and insist on the diverse and various talents ecological concept to follow the nature;and the expression-based, thought-oriented education development concept;and the multidimensional evaluation standard to respect individuality and encourage characteristics.
