摘　　要：汽车轻量化成为汽车产业发展中的一项关键性研究课题。汽车车门中柱饰板作为常见的装饰件,其减重趋势首当其冲。文章对比了传统材料与复合材料在中柱饰板应用中的优缺点,并通过对低光表面配置、装饰类高光配置、功能类高光配置的中柱饰板进行了详细的应用方案解析,介绍了汽车车门中柱饰板的轻量化发展趋势。Automotive lightweight has become a key research issue in automotive industry development. The door mid-pillar cover is used as the common trim part, its weight reduction is very important. The advantage and disadvantage for the traditional material and composite material in the door mid-pillar cover application were described in this paper, the paper introduces the lightweight development in automotive mid-pillar cover by the detail analysis to the application of the low gloss surface configuration, decoration high gloss surface configuration and functional high gloss configuration mid-pillar cover.
