重载机车曲线工况下耦合连杆的载荷分析

摘  要:分析了曲线工况下转向架径向机构的受力情况。首先根据DF8B内燃机车径向转向架的力学简化模型,推导出曲线工况下耦合连杆的受力公式,然后利用多体动力学软件SIMPACK建立了DF8B内燃机车的动力学模型并进行动力学仿真分析,通过仿真结果对理论公式进行验证。在此基础上,研究了运行线路的曲线半径、外轨超高、机车运行速度、轨道不平顺、机车车轮轮径以及转向架结构参数对耦合连杆载荷的影响。结果显示,机车运行速度每增加20 km/h,连杆载荷大约增加25~30 k N,连杆偏距分别增大10%、20%时,连杆载荷分别减小8.8%和16.5%。Strength analysis of the coupling rod working in curve condition for radial bogie mechanism was provided.Firstly,through the mechanics simplified model of DF8 B diesel locomotive's radial bogie,formula of coupling rod's loads in the curve condition was deduced.Then,the dynamic model of DF8 B diesel locomotive was modeled by multi-body dynamic software SIMPACK and the theoretical formula was verifi ed by the simulation results.On this basis,the impact of operation curve radius,outer rail super elevation,speed,track irregularity and the structural parameters on the coupling rod's loads was studied.The results showed that:when the locomotive's speed increased 20 km/h,rod's loads increased by about 25~30 k N;when rod's offset increased approximately 10% and 20%,respectively,rod's loads were reduced by 8.8% and 16.5%.
