摘 要:目前,农村寄宿制学校存在不达标准、教育质量不高、寄宿低龄化趋向明显、学生精神生活乏味等问题。究其原因,主要在于城镇化过程中产生的负面影响、政府支持不到位、学校管理不善、师资队伍整体素质不高。加强农村寄宿制学校建设,可以借鉴杜威"实用主义"与陶行知"生活"教育思想以及校本管理理念,从以下方面努力:开发乡土教育资源,学校建设与农村建设共发展;处理好与政府、社会组织的关系,为学校发展提供坚强后盾;联合家庭,催发家庭教育潜力;力抓校园文化建设,打造学生学习生活港湾。Currently, in the rural boarding schools exist the following problems : they are not up to the standard; the educational quality is not good; there is an obvious trend of younger age of boarding; and students' spiritual life is boring, etc. The main reasons are that there is the negative impact in the urbanization, the government support is not in place, the school management is not good and the teaching staff is not highly-qualified. To strengthen the construction of rural board- ing schools, we can borrow the ideas of Dewey's "pragmatism", Tao Xingzhi' s "life" education and school-based manage- ment. To be specific, we can approach it from the following aspects: to realize the common development of school construc- tion and rural construction by developing the local educational resources; to provide the strong support for the school devel- opment by dealing well with the relationships between schools, government and social organizations; to develop the poten- tial of family education by uniting families together; and to build the harbour for students' living and learning by focusing on the construction of campus culture.
