摘  要:基于2011年开展的容量为10902份的大样本调查,以及2013年、2014年进行的印证性调查,通过对2001年以来教师利用与开发课程资源的现状进行的反思性研究表明:中小学教师的课程资源意识经十多年的发展虽有显著提升,但大多数教师有效利用课程资源的意识依然薄弱、能力依然较差,而且整体水平参差不齐。中小学教师缺乏开发和有效利用课程资源的具体技术是其重要原因之一。拓宽课程资源的内涵和外延,以典型案例为载体、以校本研究为主渠道,切实提升中小学教师利用与开发课程资源的实际能力,尤其要关注课堂教学中的生成性资源,最大限度地有效开发和恰当利用地域性的课程资源,开发与国家课程相匹配的课程资源包,构建课程资源有效开发和恰当利用的评价体系,是破解该问题的有效策略。This study, based on the large sample teacher survey of 10902 in 2011 and confirmative investigation in 2013, 2014 conducted the reflective study on status quo of teachers' utilization and development of curriculum resources since 2011. We found that, primary and middle school teachers' awareness of curriculum resources has been greatly in- creased, but most teachers' awareness of effective and timely use of curriculum resources are weak and corresponding abil- ities are low. Among them, one of the main reasons for this problem is lack of specific technology teacher development and effective use of curriculum resources. So, to broaden the connotation of curriculum resources, with typical cases as the car- rier and the school-based research as the main channel, to improve teachers' practical abilities of utilizing and developing curriculum resources, especially to give more focuses on the generative resources in classroom instruction, to maximize the effective exploitation and utilization of local resources, to develop matched curriculum resources package, to perfect evalua- tion system of curriculum resources exploitation and effective utilization, are effective strategies to solve these problems.
