摘　　要：主题班会是高校班级开展学生思想政治教育工作的重要形式之一。基于主题班会开展的实际情况,由学院总体规划,辅导员全程指导,学生全员参与,积极推行主题班会项目化建设,对学生进行潜移默化的思想教育。针对项目建设中存在的问题,继续做好主题班会的项目规划,并充分发挥学生的主体作用,进一步提高项目设置的科学性和合理性、教育活动的感染性和实效性,做好主题班会项目建设、评估工作,不断完善项目内容,提高项目库的质量,从而切实提高学生思想政治教育工作的实效性。Theme class meeting is one of the important approaches to educate university students on ideology and politics. Based on the reality of such meetings, colleges make overall plans and counselors guide all along the way while all students join in, so that these project-oriented theme class meetings are positively held to influence students＇ thoughts imperceptibly. Facing the problems in these meetings, it is essential to do the following： continue moving forward the plan and fully exert the mainstay role of students; further improve the scientic and reasonable project setting, as well as appealing and effective activities; complete the plan together with its evaluation; expand the contents of the project and improve the quality of the project items so as to promote the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
