摘　　要：现代护理模式的转变,对护士提出了更高的要求,为稳定护理队伍、积极干预护理人员职业倦怠,笔者就心理授权与护理人员工作倦怠关系的研究近况进行简要综述。The transition of the modern nursing model has posed higher demand to nursing staff. In order to maintain a stable team of nursing professionals and positively intervent the job burnout of nursing professionals, the author reviews the effect of psychological empowerment on the job burn-out of nursing staff.
