研究生择业心理调查分析与择业指导——中医类研究生择业焦虑、择业效能感与应对方式的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医类研究生择业焦虑、择业效能感与应对方式的现状及三者之间的关系,以期为中医类研究生的就业心理辅导和就业指导提供一定的理论依据,切实体现其指导意义。方法采用问卷调查的形式对天津中医药大学2014届480名中医类研究生进行抽样调查和分析。结果中医类研究生存在一定程度的择业焦虑,其择业效能感处于中高水平,二者存在显著负相关关系;中医类研究生择业效能感与积极应对方式呈正相关关系,与消极应对方式呈负相关关系。Objective To explore the relationship between TCM postgraduates employment anxiety, career self-efficacy and coping style and their current situation, not only provides certain theory basis for traditional Chinese medicine graduate, but also reflects its signifi-cance. Methods To sample investigation and analysis the session of the 480 Chinese postgraduates from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese medicine by using the method of questionnaire. Results TCM postgraduates has a certain degree of career choosing anxiety, the career decision-making self-efficacy is in high level, there is significant negative correlation between the two; traditional Chinese medicine graduate student career decision-making self-efficacy and positive coping style is positively correlated,negatively correlated with negative coping style.
