摘  要:自学考试课程考试大纲是个人自学、社会助学、国家考试、编写教材、编写自学辅导材料的依据,是规范课程学习范围、要求和考试标准的文件。编写中要准确把握大纲的层次规格和标准,按照自考综合改革的精神,自学考试人才培养目标明确定位在继续教育和终身教育,人才培养模式上强调技能型、应用性和职业型人才的培养,理论以必须、够用为度;在内容上应该强调大纲的基础性、应用性、选择性。要在突出自学考试特点上下功夫,严格按照大纲的编写体例,处理好大纲和教材的关系,定论观点和个人见解的关系。The exam syllabus of the self-taught examination (STE) course is the basis of personal self-taught, social institutions guided self-taught, national examinations, textbooks compiling and STE guidance compiling. The syllabus is also the official document of the course's scope, requirements and standards. The textbook should accurately grasp the specifications and standards of the syllabus and its compiling should be in accordance with the STE comprehensive reform spirit. The talent cultivation objective of the STE should clear position in the continuing education and lifelong learning, and the focus of the talent cultivation ought to be put on the cultivation of skillful, application-orientated and professional talents. The theories they learned should be constraint to necessary and adequate theories, and the content they learned should be fundamental, applicable and selective based on the syllabus. The syllabus should reflect the STE features and be compiled according to the syllabus outline strictly. The relationship between the syllabus and its outline, as well as the authoritative opinions and personal opinions in the textbook should be both handled well.
