摘　　要：社会需要一种能覆盖多种不同水平层次综合考察听说读写能力的测试工具。将汉语应用能力纳入人才评价体系,以此来促进汉语言文字的学习,并争取满足一些用人单位的需要,是很有意义的工作。我们对于语言能力测试已经积累了许多经验,有条件展开进一步的探索,找准人们在语言文字运用中的基本特征,充分利用电脑和网络的技术,经过反复试验,完全有可能开发这样一种测量工具。Our society needs a testing tool which can examine people＇ s abilities of listening, speaking, writing at different levels. It is very meaningful to bring the application ability of Chinese language evaluation system, in order to improve our people＇ s level of using Chinese language and characters, the needs of all units of the society. We are experienced in language field. If we can do a good job in the description of the characteristics use of computer and network technology, it is entirely possible to experiments. testing now, and can explore how people using the develop such language a measuring reading and into the talent and try to meet further in this and make good after repeated
