地方中等职业教育支出效率评价——基于DEA二次相对效益模型

摘　　要：通过构建二次相对效益模型对我国地方中等职业教育投入产出效率进行评价,从分析结果可见,我国中等职业教育支出绩效有待提高,各个省份综合效率差异较大。鉴于此,在加大中等职业教育投入的同时,要加强资金监管,优化资金配置,提高地方中等职业教育资金的使用效率。By constructing the binary relative effective model,the paper evaluated the performance of local secondary vocational education expenditure,and the results showed that the performance of China＇ s secondary vocational education expenditure should be improved,the comprehensive efficiency of is different among provinces.So we should increase investment in secondary vocational education,improve the internal management organization and strengthen the internal control to improve the efficiency of local secondary vocational education funds.
