高职教育与职业资格证书制度有效衔接的途径

摘　　要：推进高职院校人才培养与职业资格证书制度有效衔接,是提升高职教育质量的重要途径。两者要实现有效衔接,需要参照国家职业资格标准,以校企合作为平台,深入推进课程体系建设,建立学生综合技能素质考核体系。同时,建立由各省的职业技能鉴定中心牵头,以行业协会为主导,委托专业特色明显的高职院校共同组建职业资格考评委员会,建立技能鉴定过程评价标准和体系。To advance the linkage of higher vocational education and vocational qualification certificate system effectively, is an important way to improve the quality of higher vocational education. Both in order to achieve effective cohesion, with reference to the national standard of professional qualifications, with school enterprise cooperation platform, and further promote the construction of curriculum system, establish the quality evaluation system of students’comprehensive abilities. At the same time, set up by the professional skill appraisal center led by provinces, the leading trade association, commissioned by the professional characteristics significantly higher vocational colleges set up together the professional qualification examination committee, the establishment of skills identification process evaluation standard and system.
