摘　　要：就中草药防腐剂的种类、有效成分以及几种常见的中草药防腐剂进行了论述,同时指出了理想天然食品防腐剂应具备的特点以及发展趋势,目的旨在为开发新型、高效、安全的天然食品防腐剂及其在生产中的应用提供参考。In this paper the species, effective components and preservative functions of Chinese herb are described. At the same time, the characteristics and development trends of ideal natural food preservatives are also mentioned, with an aim to provide the reference for the development of newly, efficient and safe natural food preservatives and its application.
