摘　　要：全面提高教育教学质量是高等教育改革发展的核心任务.本文通过分析影响地方医学院校教学质量的主要因素,结合贯彻落实《教育部关于全面提高高等教育质量的若干意见》的文件精神,提出了“控制医学教育招生规模、增加教育经费投入、优化教学质量管理、强化教师队伍建设、规范实践教学过程、完善教学质量保障体系”等对策和措施,以提高地方医学院校医学教育的教学质量.An overall improvement of education quality is the core task of the reform and development of higher education.This paper,through the analysis of the main factors affecting teaching quality in local medical colleges,combined with the implementation of ＆quot;several opinions on improving the overall quality of higher education＆quot; by the Ministry of Education,intends to put forward explanatorily such countermeasures as ＆quot; controlling the enrollment scale of medical education,increasing funding for education,optimizing the management of teaching quality,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,standardizing the experimental teaching process,improving the guarantee system of teaching quality＆quot; to improve teaching quality in local medical colleges.
