天津市高等医学院校学生就业观念调查分析

摘　　要：目的 通过对天津地区高等医学院校学生就业观念的调查,了解医学院校学生的就业心态及就业能力等情况,进一步分析医学类专业学生形成现有就业观念的原因,对高等医学院校学生就业工作提供参考.方法 随机抽取3所院校学生及6家单位已经就业人员,采用问卷调查结合访谈的方式进行研究,对所收集的数据进行统计分析.结果 医学生就业观念落后,择业意向偏高,缺乏就业能力.结论 应当加强学校及各级共青团组织等对医学类专业学生的就业教育,建设全程就业教育指导体系,努力改变毕业生就业观念,增强其就业竞争力,实现顺利就业.Objective To understand the employment psychology and employment competency etc of graduates and further analyze the root cause of how to form the current employment psychology through survey among the graduates in major of medicine and health care in Tianjin Area.Hereby,to provide the reference for the employment work of the graduates in major of medical health.Methods Self-designed questionnaire,the way of combination of questionnaire and interview,randomly selected the graduates from 3 universities and employees of 6 companies to complete the questionnaire,used statistical software to do the data analysis.Results The graduates in major of medicine and health care have backward employment concept and trend to high intention of selecting jobs firstly as well as lack of employment ability.Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen the employment education to the graduates in major of medicine and health by the university and all levels of communist youth league organizations,construct the entire employment education guidance system,change the employment concept and enhance their employment competitive advantage so as to realize their smooth employment.
