摘　　要：本文介绍了《医用组织学与胚胎学》教材的改革与创新.改革后的教材具有以下特点：构建了新的教材体系,内容新颖,包括“隋境”导言、教学目标、正文、注释和小结5个部分;教材中插图超过650幅,图文并茂,对模式图、光镜图、电镜图实行最优组合.该教材对激发学生学习兴趣,促进学生积极思考有一定的作用,有利于学生个性的发展,符合医学人才培养目标的要求.The paper introduced the reform and innovation for composition of textbook medical histology and embryology.There were such sharp characteristics as the following：new-system construction of the textbook with new contents and five parts,which were,introduction of ＆quot; situation＆quot;,teaching objectives,main body,notes and summary.There were more than 650 illustrations,the illustrations and its accompanying essay were both excellent,for the model,light microscopy and electron microscopy graph,the optimal combination.The textbook can inspire learners interest in study and arouse their thoughts in activities.The book is beneficial not only for development of learners individual personalities but also in line with the requirements of medical talent training goal.
