摘　　要：为了达到实验教学资源共享,培养医学生的实践能力及创新意识,提高实验教学的效果,第四军医大学建设了基础医学实验教学示范中心.本文通过从实验教学理念、实验室建设与管理、教学内容体系、教学方法和师资队伍几个方面,总结了基础医学实验教学示范中心的建设,对取得的阶段性成绩进行了回顾.In order to satisfy the requirement of the medical education reform,The Fourth Military Medical Univevsity established a demonstration center for experimental teaching of basic medicine.The efficacy of experimental teaching was improved through sharing the experimental teaching resources and improving the practice ability and innovative consciousness of medical students.In this paper,we summarized the measures in the establishment process of demonstration center for experimental teaching of basic medicine and reviewed the interim achievements in the aspects of teaching philosophy,methods,laboratory construction and management and faculty.
