天津医科大学临床医学专业学位硕士研究生生源质量探析

摘　　要：天津医科大学从2009年开始实行全日制临床医学专业学位硕士研究生招生,招生规模逐年增长,截至2013年已经招收976名研究生.全日制临床医学专业学位硕士研究生考录比增长速度较快,2013年超过了科学学位硕士研究生,生源数量和质量都有了极大提升,反映了社会、用人单位以及考生对临床医学专业学位硕士研究生认可度的不断提高.招生规模、生源结构、地域分布等是研究生生源质量的重要评价因素,同时也是改善生源质量的重要突破口.天津医科大学不断提高办学水平,加强招生宣传,优化招生模式,增强了对优质生源的吸引力,提高了临床医学专业学位硕士研究生的生源质量.Tianjin Medical University started the enrollment of clinical medicine professional degree graduate students since 2009,the scale of which increased year by year,totally 976 graduate students were recruited up until now.In the early days,the students of clinical medicine professional degree mainly relied on the regulation,while nowadays both the quantity and the quality of the students increased significantly,which indicates that the society,employers and students have increasing recognition of the clinical medicine professional degree.The scale of students recruitment,student structure and regional distribution are important evaluation factors of students quality,and also an important breakthrough to improve it.Tianjin Medical University has been constantly improving the level of school-running,strengthening the publicity of students enrollment,enriching recruitment methods,enhancing the attractiveness for high quality students,so as to promote the students quality of clinical medicine professional degree graduate students.
