摘  要:交流伺服压力机具有高生产率、高柔性、高精度和节能环保等优点,成为目前先进锻压设备研究的热点。首先介绍了三代锻压设备,并对交流伺服压力机的结构进行了简单介绍。而后又阐述了交流伺服压力机的特点,提出交流伺服压力机具有众多传统机械压力机无法相比的优点。通过介绍一些具有代表性的公司的交流伺服压力机产品,探讨了目前国内外对交流伺服压力机的研究现状,并分析了中国交流伺服压力机发展缓慢的原因,为同行提供借鉴。最后分析了交流伺服压力机在未来的发展趋势,指出交流伺服压力机成为未来锻压设备的主要发展方向。AC servo press has the advantages of large productivity, good flexibility, high precision, energy conservation and environmental protection, and it becomes the hot topics in the field of advanced forging equipment. Firstly, the three generations of forging equipment were introduced, and a concise introduction about the structure of AC servo presses was carried on. The characteristics of the AC servo press were expounded, and the advantages of AC servo press which was unparallel over the traditional mechanical press were presented. The research status of AC servo press at home and abroad was discussed by introducing several typical AC servo press products from some famous companies, and the reasons of the slow development in AC servo press were analyzed, which provides some references to experts. Finally, the development trend of AC servo press in the future was analyzed, and it was pointed out that the AC servo press would become the main development direction in the field of forging equipment in the future.
