宗群民族教育实践及民族院校办学理念探析

摘　　要：宗群是延安民族学院和中央民族学院的参与创办者和主要办学负责人。在长期的民族教育实践中,宗群不断总结民族院校办学经验,探寻民族教育发展规律,形成了其办学理念,对于当下民族院校发展和少数民族人才培养而言,具有较强的指导意义,值得研究和借鉴。Mr. Zong Qun is one of the founders and chief leaders of Yanan Institute for Nationalities and the Central Institute for Nationalities. In his long years＇ practice of ethnic education, he has kept summarizing school running experience of ethnic colleges, explored the law of development of ethnic education, and formed his school running concept. His ideas are of valuable guiding significance for the current development of ethnic universities and the cultivation of ethnic talents which deserve a further study.
