摘　　要：文章将"应用创新"理念引入土木工程专业建设,并结合学校土木工程专业建设的发展过程,以传授学生专业知识、培养工程应用能力和创新能力为主线,从专业教育理念、实验和实践基地建设、创新教育、专业培养方案等方面,探讨"应用创新"理念的专业建设,为构建民族院校土木工程专业人才培养模式提供参考。The concept of ＂application and innovation＂ is introduced into the civil engineering specialty construction in this paper. Combined with the development process of construction of our civil engineering specialty to establish a main thread of imparting students＇ professional knowledge, innovative spirit and practice ability, from the concept of professional education, experiment and practice base construction, the innovation education, professional training programs, etc., the professional construction research on the ＂application and innovation＂ concept is carried out. The work can provide the reference for civil engineering talent training mode in the institute of nationalities.
