大别山片区高职院校农科教统筹服务农业现代化的实践探索与改进策略

摘　　要：大别山片区内四所高职院校在专业建设、平台搭建、农科教统筹模式创新和研发能力等方面形成了诸多服务农业现代化行之有效的做法,值得总结与推广。基于实证分析和比较分析的视角,提出涉农高职院校专业设置与区域产业集群要高度契合、整合扶贫开发资源和职业教育资源和形成人才交流、项目合作、成果共享合作机制建设三条改进策略。Four Vocational Colleges in Dabie Mountain make great efforts in the speciality, the construction of the platform, the creative patterns of the agricultural science and education as well as R＆D abilities, which is effective in following the modernization of agriculture and worth summa- rizing and popularizing. As a result, strategies are put forward according to the concrete evidence and comparative analysis in order to improve the connection between the specialized courses in agri- cultural colleges and the regional industries. Meanwhile, the strategies are helpful in poverty relief work and vocational education, which also promote the exchange of qualified personnel, the cooper- ating project along with achievements.
