摘  要:从毛竹竹屑中提取纯化多糖,研究了它对DPPH·自由基、超氧自由基、羟基自由基的清除作用及其还原能力的测定,并将其与Vc和BHT的清除效果进行对比,以此来综合评价该多糖的抗氧化活性。结果显示:毛竹竹屑多糖对DPPH·自由基清除作用效果显著,当浓度在1~2 mg/m L时与Vc清除效果相接近,其对·OH、O2-·自由基等均具有良好的清除能力,且随着多糖浓度的增大清除能力逐渐增强。此研究表明毛竹竹屑多糖具有显著的抗氧化性,将为其在保健食品、药品研发上奠定了一定的理论基础。Polysaccharide was extracted and purified from bamboo sawdust of Phyllostachys Pubescens. The antioxidant activity of the polysaccharide was estimated by the research on it's effect on getting rid of DPPH·, superoxide radical, hydroxyl radical and it's reducing capacity. The results showed that bamboo sawdust of Phyllostachys Pubescens has significant effect on getting rid of DPPH·, and has similar to Vc when the concentration is 1~2 mg/m L, It also has good effect on getting rid of superoxide radical, hydroxyl radical. And the ability of clear improves with the increase of polysaccharide concentrations. It was showed that the polysaccharide possesses distinctive antioxidative activity. And the antioxidative activity of polysaccharide from bamboo sawdust of Phyllostachys Pubescens will be applied to health food and medicine.
