摘　　要：山西省已形成以随班就读为主体、特殊学校为骨干、其他形式为补充的智障儿童教育格局;民办智障儿童教育将托养、教育、康复相结合,弥补了公办教育的不足;师资培训持续、有序,教师学历和职称有所提高,但其专业能力仍需加强,培训方式亟需改善。Shanxi has formed the structure of education for the main body, the special school as the mainstay and other forms as the retarded children with the regular class as the complements; the private education for children with intellectual disabilities combines the care, education and rehabilitation to make up for the shortage of public education; the teacher training is continued and orderly, the teacher qualifications and titles having increased, but still their professional competence needs strengthening and the training method needs improving.
