摘　　要：目的：快速查找食物中毒的原因，为食物中毒的处理提供依据。方法：分析2014年我市某餐厅发生的一起沙门氏菌引起的食物中毒资料，对现场采集样品进行可疑致病菌检测。结果：在本资料采集的20份样品中有4份样品分离出沙门氏菌，通过沙门氏菌血清学鉴定检查出其为山夫登堡沙门氏菌，而其他样品中未检出可疑致病菌。结论：通过患者的临床表现以及实验室鉴定结果，同时依据《WS／T13-1996沙门氏菌中毒诊断标准及处理原则》确定该次中毒事件是由山夫登堡沙门氏菌引起的细菌性食物中毒。Objective Quickly find the cause of food poisoning, Provide the basis for food poisoning treatment.
