全日制农业推广专业学位硕士研究生培养现状的调查与分析——以浙江大学为例

摘　　要：以浙江大学农学院在读全日制农业推广专业学位硕士研究生为调查对象,从录取方式和入学动机、课程设置及实践教学、指导教师及论文选题、综合素质评价及就业去向等五个方面进行了问卷调查和统计,分析了培养现状和存在的问题,并提出了相关的对策和建议。We evaluate the full-time master program of agriculture extension in Zhejiang University by collecting and analyzing the feedbacks from students graduated from the program via questionnaires. The evaluation includes： recruitment channel, motivation on the program, the curriculum of program, training in practice, teacher performance, thesis proposal, and overall evaluation. This report presents the result of evaluation, identifies limitations in current program and proposes means to overcome these limitations.
