摘　　要：罗洛在诗歌、诗学、文学翻译和生物学等领域作出的贡献早已得到公认,但他的科学翻译成就尚未得到应有的重视。事实上,罗洛的科学翻译作品及科学翻译人才培养工作在我国生物学的发展和重建过程中发挥过重要作用,其翻译理念、翻译态度及翻译方法等至今仍不乏借鉴和参考价值。本文旨在为罗洛研究提供一个新视角。LUO Luo＇ s achievements in poetry, theory of poetics, literary translation and biological science have already been widely acknowledged. However, the accomplishments he made as a EST translator have not yet received due attention. In fact, as a translator and a scientist all roiled into one, Luo Luo played a significant role in the development and reconstruction of biological science in China through his brilliant translation works and cuhivation of EST translation talents. In fact, his theory, attitude and methodology of translation is still a worthy reference today. The present article is intended to provide a new perspective for the studies of Luo Luo.
