摘 要:目的了解专科护士核心自我评价和工作满意度的现状,并明确两者的关系,为护理管理工作提供新的线索。方法使用核心自我评价量表和和明尼苏达工作满意度量表,对288名专科护士进行问卷调查。结果专科护士的核心自我评价总均分为(3.55±0.48)分,工作满意度总均分(3.43±0.39)分;年龄、工作年限、健康自评、最高学历和职称是专科护士核心自我评价的相关因素(P<0.05);健康自评是工作满意度的相关因素(P<0.05);核心自我评价总分与工作满意度各维度总分呈正相关(P<0.01),不同核心自我评价水平的专科护士在工作满意度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专科护士的核心自我评价和工作满意度水平中等,护理管理者应关注护士的身心健康及人格特征,提高其工作满意度。Objective To investigate the situation of core self-evaluation and job satisfaction among nurse specialists and to analyze the correlation between them, thereby providing new clues for nursing management. Methods Totally 288 nurse specialists were investigated by Core Self-Evaluations Scale (CSES) and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). Results The average score of core self-evaluation was 3.55 ± 0.48, and the average score of the job satisfaction was 3.43 ± 0.39. Age, work experience, self-assessment of health, highest degree and professional qualifications were related factors (P〈0.05) of core self-evaluations for nurse specialists, and self-assessment of health is also the related factor (P〈0.05). The overall scores of core self-evaluation and job satisfaction were positive correlated with each other (P〈0.01). The differences between two levels of core self-evaluation on job satisfaction for specialist nurses were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The levels of core self-evaluations and job satisfaction were medium. Nurse administrator should take care of personality traits, physical and mental health of nurses to furthermore improve their job satisfactions.
