摘  要:目的调查一起以发热、腹痛、腹泻为主要症状的食物中毒事件的病因,查找传染源。方法开展病例个案调查和现场勘察,并采集病例、食堂厨师粪便样本进行实验室检测。结果从病例粪便和厨师肛拭子样本中均检出侵袭性大肠埃希菌(血清型为O136∶K78),且其PFGE带型一样,菌株间呈高度同源。结论这是一起由侵袭性大肠埃希菌感染造成的食源性疾病暴发。建议规范和落实学校餐饮卫生监管,注意食品生熟分开,防止交叉污染,做好从事食品加工和餐饮服务行业人员的健康体检,无症状带菌者对人群的威胁应引起重视,防止食源性疾病暴发的发生。Objective To determine the source of infection by investigating the pathogens causing the foodborne disease with main symptoms of fever, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Methods We carried out case study and field investigation, and we also conducted lab detections with the stool samples from patients and chefs. Results The invasive EIEC (O136: K78) were isolated from the stool samples of patients and chefs, which had the same PFGE pattern, and strains were highly homologous. Conclusion It is an outbreak of foodborne disease infected by invasive EIEC. We suggest that in order to prevent foodborne disease, the supervision to the food hygiene in schools should be administrated and implemented, and separating raw food from the cooked food in case of cross-contamination should be paid attention to. Physical examination should be taken by the employees involved in canteens and food-processing industries. The threat caused by bacteria-carriers with no symptoms must be taken seriously.
