摘  要:综合高中的发展克服了普职分离的弊端,建立和完善了人才培养的"立交桥"。但是综合高中发展中面临着教育观念没有得到认可,纵横贯通的教育体制尚未建立,学校办学特色不凸显,政策支持体系不完善等问题。为有效解决综合高中发展中存在的问题,应准确定位综合高中的属性,完善综合高中管理体制;以共同核心课程为基础,构建分层分类的综合高中课程新体系;实施学籍改革和考试招生制度改革;完善综合高中教育经费投入机制;多途径缓解综合高中发展中的师资问题。The development of comprehensive high school promotes the integration between general education and vocational education, and meets the demand of personalized development of students. However, there are still some realistic problems in the development of comprehensive high school in China such as that its idea about education has not been fully accepted, corresponding education system which is interconnected has not been established, the schools lack their own characters, and the policy support system needs to be refined. In order to effectively solve the problems encountering the development of comprehensive high school, we should take effective measures to orientate its nature, improve its management system, establish curriculum system, reform the management process of school enrollment and examination, amplify the guarantee mechanism of financial support, and enhance the team building of teaching staff.
