摘　　要：民族高校肩负着民族地区人才培养的重要职责,对民族地区的经济发展,社会进步,民族团结等各项事业都发挥着不可替代的重要作用。民族高校具有教育性和民族性双重属性,经多年的发展建设成就辉煌但仍存在不足,面对21世纪新形势新要求,迎来了发展机遇也带来了新的挑战。民族高校要融时代特征、地区特点、民族特色于一体,在办学理念、办学模式、教学内容、管理方式等方面实现新的突破。National colleges and universities shoulder the important responsibility of training talents for ethnic areas,in ethnic areas of economic development,social progress,national unity and so on various undertakings all play an irreplaceable positive role.National colleges and universities educational and nationality dual attribute,after years of development and construction brilliant achievements but there is not enough,in the face of the 21 st century new requirements of the new situation,ushered in the development opportunity has brought new challenges.Ethnic colleges and universities to age characteristics,regional characteristics and national characteristics into an organic whole,in educational philosophy,educational mode,teaching content,management mode to realize the new breakthrough.
