摘　　要：采用文献研读、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,基于邻域系统理论的视角构建了由学生、教师、政策、管理等五大邻元素组成的高校"阳光体育"运动开展的邻域系统,并对其优化管理的思路、过程、原则进行了阐述,旨在为我国高校"阳光体育"运动顺利开展以及为管理部门的决策提供有力的理论参考。Using the method of literature research, expert interviews and logical analysis, constru-cted the neighborhood system of college ＆quot;Sunny Sports＆quot; movement, including students, teachers, policy, management, and other elements based on Neighborhood System Theory. And described the optimization of management ideas, processes, principles, in order to give theoretical reference to China college sunny sports movement＇s smoothly carrying out and management departments＇ deci-sion making.
